Minimum Order
The minimum order is €100 plus VAT.
VAT not applicable for EU customers with an intra-community VAT number.
Discounts
- 5% for purchases over €200 plus VAT.
- 7% for purchases over €300 plus VAT.
- 10% for purchases over €400 plus VAT.
Shipping
- Spain, Portugal, and Andorra: free shipping.
- Continental France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, United Kingdom, Netherlands, and Italy: shipping cost €15.
- Other destinations: please inquire for a quote.
Damaged Items
If any item arrives damaged, the customer has the right to request a replacement.
Notification must be made within seven days of receipt by calling (+34) 945 278713.
